Some notes..

• Click the buttons to make them appear... duh
• Click the resulting queue button to remove it.
• A css image background will not scale as the embedded image does.
• The invisible div in the queue makes the first button load better (acts as a button itself)
• Yes I can see it isn't perfect - and dont whine about the cross browser differences!
